Bluetooth Sports Headphones,Trendwoo Runner X3

Having had these and used them for a week, I can honestly say they are a good pair of headphones. I can actually say this as I already own a few pairs of Bluetooth headphones. The Bluetooth aspect is very good. There are no issues with connections and even when I was walking around the room, or the garden there was no loss of sound/connection. I have used these on both:

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 12.3-Inch Tablet with Pen (Silver) – (Intel Core i7-6660U 2.2 GHz, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Integrated Graphics, Windows 10 Pro)
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 4G Phablet UK SIM-Free Smartphone – Gold

Inside the box, you will find:

– The instruction manual
– Extra ear buds in different sizes
– Flat, white, USB charging cable
– Headphones(!)

The headphones connected without any issues, and worked perfectly. The sound quality of movies, is actually fantastic. I do not listen to a lot of music, but I do watch a tonne of shows and movies on Netflix. The headphones sounds great, all levels are spot on. There is not too much bass or treble, it’s enough that all frequencies come out nicely. Speech is clear, music is more geared towards the Pop settings, but I think that might be my sound card settings. If changed I expect I could have a more hip hop feel to the output, which is more bass. They are more than capable of handling loud noises and heavy bass without crackling, which is what another pair of headphones actually do.

Fit is nice too. With the right ear buds, they are comfortable and help to drown out some of the background noise. As these are not roper noise cancelling headphones do not expect them to be perfect for the tube or a flight. They really do help drown out the noise, but you will find that will need to increase the volume some. This is normal for in the ear headphones. Nothing different to what I already do.

Battery life for me has been about 4 hours… Give or take…. I have not measured this properly, but just estimated it based on the travel times I had completed.

When charging there is usually a red light on the in-line controller, once charged it turns to blue. Which is useful. I have a pair where they had no indication of when the headphones were charged. So thankful for LEDs.

The in-line controller is large. Larger than the photo on the box or on Amazon. I have included my photos and you will see it’s much larger than what is currently displayed. That is the only reason a star was knocked off. I do believe they could have made this smaller, or perhaps put in a larger battery, which would have set these headphones apart from the rest.

The magnets keep them securely wrapped around your neck. This is a great feature, and I have started to see this appear on more and more Bluetooth headsets.

The cable connect the two ear pieces has a little fastener on there, so you can shorten the cable length and tighten it if need be. This is another useful feature.

Verdict: Good sound, good fit, good noise cancelling (as they are in the ear), would recommend!
